Give the address you will sign in with. An officer adds this exact address — this form reads it back to you before it sends, so you can catch a slip.

This is how an officer recognises you. Anything that helps — a line name, a semester, the brothers you crossed with.

What happens next

  • A person reads this. Nothing is automatic. An Eta Theta officer reviews every request and decides, usually within a day or two.
  • You will not get an email from this form. This site sends no mail in either direction. Instead, sending this gives you a link of your own — keep it, and it will tell you whether an officer has got to your request yet. The officer who approves you is asked to write to you himself.
  • We will not confirm who is already on the list. Every submission gets the same reply, whether the address is new, already approved, or already waiting.
  • Only what you type is stored. Your name, address, line or year, and note — nothing else, and nothing from the chapter dues records.
