The members portal is the chapter's own space — the calendar, your dues standing, chapter documents and the brother directory. It is for initiated brothers of Eta Theta, and everything inside it requires you to sign in.
Signing in uses your Google account. There is no portal password to remember.
Using a non-Gmail address? A Google account can use the email address you already have. Sign in with the exact address the chapter approved. See sign-in help or contact [email protected] if you need help connecting that address to a Google account.

None of it is on this page, and none of it is on this website. Chapter business and a brother's own details are shown to a signed-in brother, or they are not shown at all.

Chapter Calendar
Chapter meetings, Hang Owts, service dates and Homecoming, in one place and in your own timezone. Any brother can add to it.

Your Dues Standing
Whether the chapter has your dues form on file for the year, and whether it is marked paid. Your own standing is read from the address you sign in with; the chapter-wide table, names included, is on the same page for every brother who signs in.

Chapter paperwork, mailing groups and the forms an officer will ask you to fill in.

The Brother Directory
How to reach a brother — every brother on the roll, with his email and phone unless he has hidden them from the chapter, sent to you when you open the page and never built into this website. Officers still see a hidden detail, marked as hidden, because the chapter has to be able to reach every brother. Home addresses are not on it at all: an officer looks one up at a time, and every lookup is recorded.

If you are an initiated brother of Eta Theta and the sign-in turns you away, your address has not been added yet. Ask an officer to add it — it takes a minute, and the request form is open to anyone.
